I am no longer using data on a SIM. Can I stop getting charged the monthly fee and pause my device?

Yes, you can pause those SIMs from within the dashboard. After you’ve logged in, you should see the list of your devices. Click on the device you want to pause and you should see a “Pause Data” button on the next screen under the “Status Information” header.
This will stop data being sent to and from the SIMs, but they can be reactivated in the future. You will still get charged a ‘Active SIM’ monthly fee of $0.40 for each SIM to maintain the option of reactivating them.

Note: this is only available for Pay-as-you-go plans. Monthly plan devices will need to switch to Pay-as-you-go to keep SIMs active through the monthly recurring fee.
