What happens if I don’t have money in my account?
If your account balance is zero and you have a SIM that is due to be renewed or you have an overage charge, the SIM will be paused and you will receive an email alert informing you of what happened.
You account balance will still be charged for the monthly plan and will display in negatives, without any cost to you for up to one month, until you add money to your account.
As soon as you add enough money to your account to get back into a positive balance then your SIM will be put back into the live state.
If your account balance remains at zero for a whole month, your SIM may be completely deactivated.
